Air is pleased to introduce AeroPay, a convenient multi-currency
payment service for the aviation community. AeroPay allows you to
offer relevant new services, such as GST and VAT refunds, as well
as charge each passenger in the currency they prefer.
AeroPay Tax Refund Service
The AeroPay Tax Refund Service is a simple and effective method
for remittance of VAT and GST refunds to your clients' credit cards.
The service is available in all the world's major currencies and
several exotic currencies as well. [click

Wherever a tax refund is due to be paid, whether the amount is large
or small, PacNet will facilitate the process. Your client receives
a full refund credited directly to their Visa or MasterCard, in
the currency you designate. Completing tax refunds is very simple.
You provide a refund file in our required format (contact us for
details), and pay the full value of the file in Euro to PacNet Air.
AeroPay does the rest, including providing you with a full report
on the status of each transaction.
The cost of this service is a net 5% of the value of each file,

AeroPay Multi-Currency Ticketing Support
PacNet Air offers international Visa and MasterCard services to
its clients, enabling them to collect payment for tickets in the
currency
their passengers prefer. Simply provide us with an electronic file
of amounts to be debited and the relevant credit card details. We
will do the rest. Your passengers are billed in the currency you
designate, with no conversion. PacNet Air informs you promptly of
which transactions are approved and which are declined. No matter
which currency your passenger has paid, PacNet Air will forward
the value of approved transactions to you in the currency you prefer.
The commission is 5% of approved credit card debits. There is no
charge for declined transactions.
